LAMMPSテスト計算(実行手順ログ)
はじめに,物性研スパコン(ohtaka)にSSH接続する.(関連:過去ログ)
ssh -l k008403 ohtaka.issp.u-tokyo.ac.jp
現在のディレクトリを確認する.

作業用ディレクトリを作成する.
[k008403@ohtaka1 ~]$ mkdir lammps_test_241031
[k008403@ohtaka1 ~]$ cd lammps_test_241031/
LAMMPSを実行するためのスクリプトのサンプルをコピーする.
ここで,以下に注意する.
以下、
